Duties and rights of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Nguyen Huu Canh Economic Technical  College

(Excerpts from Articles 18 and 19, Chapter V of the Charter of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, term XI) 

Article 18: Duties

1. Represent, take care and protect the legitimate rights and interests of officials, union members and children.

2. Organize activities, creat an educational and trainning environment for union members and youth in order to contribute to the implementation of political, economic, cultural, social, national defense and security tasks of the locality. taste.

3. Coordinate with authorities, mass organizations and economic and social organizations to do well in youth work, take care of building the Youth Union, actively build the basis of Youth Unions, Associations and Teams in residential areas. Join in building and  protecting the Party and government. 

Article 19: Rights

1. Admiss new members, manage union members, recept and transfer activities of the Union; introduce elite members to the Party for training and admission; introduce cadres and union members to the planning on training and employing cadres of the Party, the State, mass organizations and socio-economic organizations.

2. Organize activities and movements to unite and gather young people to meet the legitimate needs and interests of youth; coordinate with branches, mass organizations, economic and social organizations to create favorable environment and conditions for youth work.

3. Organize activities to create more jobs and incomes for officials, union members and youth, create funding for the Union's activities; to use the legal seal.
